Daniel’s Song

Blessed be the name of God forever,
Blessed be His name.
In wisdom, times and seasons changing,
Blessed be His name.

He Knows the deep and secret things,
The darkness, He reveals;
He dwells arrayed in glorious light,
So I will bless His name. (Refrain)

God removes kings or He may enthrone them,
Blessed be His name.
He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge,
Blessed be His name.

(Refrain)

O God of my fathers, I will thank You,
Blessed be Your name.
You have given me wisdom for the asking,
Blessed be Your name.

(Refrain)

The Fiery Furnace

Praise the Lord, God of our fathers,
We exalt Your holy name;
We extol You, give You glory;
For You to our rescue came.
Within Your glorious Temple,
Praise to You, Who rides upon the cherubim;
High exalted forevermore.

Praise the Lord, O heav’ns of heavens,
Sing His praise, angels on high;
Sing His praise, O all creation,
Let your voices fill the sky.
Sun and moon, O stars of heaven,
Seas and rivers, mighty winds upon the earth;
Praise the Lord forevermore.

Praise the Lord, all you His servants,
Sing His praises, you sons of men;
All you priests who stand before Him,
Blow your trumpets and shout, Amen!
Praise the Lord, souls of the righteous,
Sing for joy, you who are the holy, humble in heart;
And exalt Him forevermore.

Praise the Lord, O Hanaiah,
Azariah, and Mishael;
For He’s rescued you from danger,
From the furnace, a burning hell.
In the midst of flaming fire, there to save you–
The mighty Lord, the Son of God;
Let His praise sound forevermore!

Let's Have a Round of Billings

Come All You Children

Come all you children join to sing,
And praise the name of Christ our King;
He is our Savior and our Lord;
He’s shown to us His covenant love,
He’s poured out blessings from above;
His Name forever be adored!

The King of Glory

Lift up your heads, you mighty gates,
Lift up, you everlasting doors!
The King of glory enters in;
Lift up, lift up, He shall come in.

Who is this glorious King to come?
What is His name, this mighty One?
The King of kings, the Lord of lords–
‘Tis Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

Lift up your heads, you mighty gates,
Lift up, you everlasting doors!
The Lord strong and mighty in battle did save;
The Lord Jesus Christ, His people did save!

Now in His courts, at His Table we meet,
To celebrate the victory feast.
With joy of salvation, the taste is sweet;
The Bread and Wine mark Death’s defeat.
